"Kind of a Cluttered Experience"
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the website felt a bit messy to use. The design seems kind of outdated, and I had a hard time following the layout in some places. A few sections felt really crowded, so shopping didn’t feel as smooth as I expected. I clicked around for a little while, but i got frustrated quickly.

"Decent site, but not much variety"
I checked out ashanderie.com hoping to find a few different styles, but the selection felt limited. Meh. A lot of the items looked kind of similar, so it was hard to really compare options or find something that felt like my style. The site itself was fine to browse, but I ended up leaving without buying anything. Bummer. I just wish they had more variety.

"Not Bad, But Then I Saw the Price"
I was expecting a little more for what I paid. At first I was like, okay, this is decent enough, nothing wrong with it. But then I started thinking about the price and suddenly I was kind of annoyed. It’s not terrible or anything, but it didn’t feel special, and I’ve definitely seen similar stuff for less elsewhere. Just didn’t really feel like great value for the money.

"Nice pieces, but sizing can be hit or miss"
I really liked the stuff I found, and my gut told me it was worth checking back for more. The only downside was that my size seemed to be sold out a lot, which was a little frustrating. Still, the items themselves were nice enough that I’d probably keep an eye out for restocks.

"The colors are totally not what I expected"
I was so disappointed when I opened it. The colors look completely different in real life compared to the photos, like not even close. I thought I was getting one thing and ended up with something that felt totally off

"Pretty much what I expected"
I’d say it was pretty much as described. From my experience, the only thing that felt a little off was the size, but overall it matched what I was expecting.

"Shipping Took Longer Than I Expected"
I ordered from ashanderie.com the shipping was a lot slower than I thought it would be. I kept waiting for an update and it felt like ages before anything changed. The package did eventually arrive, but it was late, which was frustrating. The item itself was fine, so no major complaints there, but the wait definitely made the whole experience less enjoyable. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Didn’t really feel like a site I could trust"
I was thinking about ordering, but I couldn’t find much solid info about the brand and the site just didn’t give me a lot of confidence. The reviews and overall reputation felt kind of unclear, so I decided not to risk it. Maybe it’s totally fine, but it didn’t feel trustworthy to me. Has anyone else had the same feeling or actually ordered from them?

"I was disappointed when this..."
I was disappointed when this arrived. The fabric is really thin and cheap-feeling, and I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with the hassle of figuring out if I should return it. It ended up being way more stressful than a simple purchase should be.

"Payment seemed safe, but I’m not totally sure"
I paid with my card and, nothing strange happened, so I guess the security is probably fine. The site worked okay for the most part, but I did run into one small glitch during checkout, which made me pause for a second. Maybe it was just a one-time thing, though. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish it felt a little more dependable.

"Taxes caught me off guard"
The order itself was fine, but the final total had taxes and fees that I didn’t really notice clearly before checkout. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it felt a little sneaky and kind of annoying.

"Tracking was confusing"
My order did show up in the end but the tracking was all over the place. It barely updated and when I asked support they just sent me the same link again. I basically had to guess when it was going to arrive

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered from ashanderie.com and, the packaging was a letdown. The box arrived a bit crushed, and when I opened it, everything inside looked kind of thrown together, like not much care had gone into it.

The product itself was fine, but the presentation made it feel cheaper than it should have for the price. I also had to chase them about my complaint, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. Definitely not the best first impression.

"Comfy and Easy to Wear"
I ordered a set from Ash & Erie i felt really good wearing it. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and it didn’t dig in or start bothering me after a few hours, which is usually the kind of thing that can ruin the whole mood for me. The fit was nice too, though it did feel just a tiny bit smaller than I expected. Even with that, I’m still happy with it overall and would give it 4 stars.

"Exchange was okay, just a bit slow"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Totally my fault. I reached out to ask about an exchange, and they did get it sorted in the end. But the replies took a while. Had to follow up twice, which was a little annoying. Not a terrible experience or anything. Just felt like the process could’ve been smoother

"Way Too Tight"
I ordered my usual size, but this was way too tight on me. the fit is ridiculous because it feels like it runs much smaller than expected. I couldn’t wear it comfortably at all.

"Close, but I felt a little rushed to sort it out"
My order was mostly right, but one of the items wasn’t what I actually picked. Customer service did fix it in the end, but it took a little while, and I felt kind of pressured having to chase it up when I just wanted the order to be correct the first time. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I did expect better accuracy.

"Looks nice, but not super sturdy"
I ordered from ashanderie.com it looked nice when it first showed up. A few weeks in though, the stitching started coming loose a bit. Not falling apart or anything. Still usable. Just not as sturdy as I was hoping for. For the price, it’s okay, but I did expect it to hold up a little better. Not terrible. Not great either.

"Way too many emails"
I ordered from them one time and suddenly my inbox was packed with promo emails. I tried unsubscribing, but it didn’t seem to work the first time because more emails kept showing up. Come on now, that’s just annoying and feels pushy
